Why are there separate plans for each tool?
Each ForwoodAI tool is billed on its own, so you only pay for what you actually use. Subscribing to Packing List Pro doesn't affect Scanner, and vice versa.
What counts as a container?
Each packing list you generate for a shipping container counts as one against your plan's monthly limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Billing adjusts automatically.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, using industry-standard encryption.
